As dived from my parsley encrusted potato rocks into a glorious see of smoked salmon, I thought to myself “Perhaps I should go and relax on a brownie under the shade of a sprig of dill and skim coffee beans across the surface?”

It’s a canyon of gravy - or perhaps mushroom sauce? One for the not-what-it-seems (just like our baby gifts) file.

Our baby gifts are not what they seem - we use practical baby items and present them as something they are not! Perhaps that’s why I find this bedroom suite made from recycled plastic bottles so ingenious? But wait - there is a whole world of plastic bottles out there… stay tuned for more

We have done the Obama Cupcake thing. As well as the sushi mosaic thing. And now we present Obama Sushi. I love it from the smoked salmon lips right down to the tofu teeth - definitely one for the not what it seems just like our baby gifts file. Babycupcakes currently make baby gifts shaped like sushi. Not faces.

This video is called “Dice Mosaic”, but I think grammatically it should be “Die Mosaic” . Anyhoo, this very cool mosaic is made from those little cubes with numbers on them, 14,000 of them. Watch how James Dean turns into Marilyn Munroe… not what it seems, just like our baby gifts.
